LILLI PEREZ IYECHAD  PhD, RPT-S

Dr. Iyechad, referred to as Dr. Lilli, is a native of Guam. She is licensed by the Guam Board of Allied Health as an Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a member of the Association for Play Therapy and has earned the credentials of Registered Play Therapist and Play Therapy Supervisor.

Dr. Lilli is also a charter member and former Vice President of the National Association of Social Workers, Guam Chapter. Formerly a tenured faculty member of the University of Guam, she has used her work in academia as a foundation for her work. She is a published scholar whose work reflects her knowledge of Micronesian ethnic diversity, indigenous helping practices and (in)formal support systems.


TOM V.C. BABAUTA  MSW, QCSW

Tom is a licensed Individual, Marriage, and Family Therapist and has worked in the mental health field in various capacities.  He is also credentialed as a Qualified Clinical Social Worker by the National Association of Social Workers.

Tom oversees the Division of Special Education's Program for students with emotional disabilities in Guam's Department of Education. He is a member of the Association for Play Therapy and the President of the Guam Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.



LISA LINDA NATIVDAD Ph.D., LCSW, QCSW

Dr. Natividad is a Licensed Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist on Guam and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Hawaii.  She recently completed her doctoral degree in human services with a concentration in social work and community services.

Dr. Natividad is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Guam Chapter, and the Association for Play Therapy, Incorporated. She has a particular interest in working with Micronesian populations (inclusive of Chamorus) and aims to deliver services that take into account the diversity of each individual.


TRICIA ATOIGUE LIZAMA MSW, ACSW

Tricia Atoigue Lizama is an instructor in Social Work. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and has a second major in Psychology from the University of Guam. She received a Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Hawaii and is currently the field instruction coordinator for the Bachelor's in Social Work degree program at the University of Guam.

Prior to her work at the University of Guam, Tricia was a psychiatric social worker for the Department of Education, Division of Special Education, Program for Student with Emotional Disabilities from September 1999 to January 2003.

She is licensed as an Individual, Marriage and Family Therapist and is a member of the Association for Play Therapy.  She is credentialed a member of the Academy of Clinical Social Workers by the National Association of Social Workers.
