There still may be ways we can help, so feel free to call us! Some services are available to purchase as needed. Although our highest priority is serving our existing contracted companies, we do have additional staffing that may be available to serve your company in a number of ways.

Critical Incident Stress Management

After a death, trauma, violent event, robbery, suicide, layoff, or other such "critical incidents" we have specially trained staff that can help get your business "back to business" again and take care of the human element of these incidents.

Training

We have skilled corporate trainers that can help your company deliver a variety of messages, tailored to your corporate culture and needs. We can help you meet mandatory training requirements on such issues as Sexual Harassment or Drugs and Alcohol. We can help teams be more productive or rebound.

Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Assessment and Recommendation

When employees test positive for drugs or alcohol at the workplace and/or have violated a company's drug and alcohol policies, companies can send employees for SAP services. Our trained and certified counselors (we have DOT/Safety-Sensitive counselors on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island) will assess the employee, make recommendations, and follow up with the employee to see if they are in compliance with the recommendations. The SAP will also provide the employer with a follow-up testing schedule.

Organizational Assessment

When a work group is having systemic problems or conflicts that are difficult to resolve, we have experts that can assess what is going on and make written recommendations and an implementation plan. Consultation and meetings with managers and relevant stakeholders are held as needed to assess the situation and to implement necessary changes.

Coaching and Management Consultation

Our services are available either in person or be telephone or email.

Counseling, Assessment, and Referral

Our confidential and professional services are available by the hour for employees and their family members.

Fees

Fees are negotiated in advance and depend on the nature of the service. Our standard fees range from $195.00 per hour up. Although this may appear high, our expertise in these areas is usually able to save companies well above our fee. By minimizing risk to the company and providing timely assistance, we can help businesses return to business, decrease turnover, increase safety, and help companies survive and grow through challenging events and times.

Availability

Again, because we are staffed for our existing businesses, we cannot guarantee our availability to serve your company if you do not have a current EAP contract with us. Only our existing customers have 24/7 access to our services.
