Coaching for Managers and Supervisors Print E-mail

One of the important parts of our inclusive contract is the ability for managers and supervisors to call us for some coaching or consultation on challenging issues they face dealing with the human side of business. The most common reason managers or supervisors call us is to discuss enployees whose work performance is deteriorating or employees with interpersonal conflict.

Whether you need some guidance on how to help an employee who is struggling with a personal issue, with a change at work, with their interpersonal relationships with co-workers or customers, we can often offer a unique perspective and new resources. And in most instances it only takes one phone call!

You can call us, or make an appointment to come in yourself, as EAP is here to help you!

For managers who may need more intensive, longer-term assistance, we can offer suggestions and referrals that will help their abilities to manage employees and teams more effectively.
