The most common reason managers or supervisors call us is to discuss enployees whose work performance is deteriorating or employees with interpersonal conflict.

Whether you need some guidance on how to help an employee who is struggling with a personal issue, with a change at work, with their interpersonal relationships with co-workers or customers, we can often offer a unique perspective and new resources. And in most instances it only takes one phone call!
